Homemade Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

One thing that I’ve stopped buying in the past few months is ice cream. I’ve invested in a Kenwood ice cream maker for two reasons:- I wanted to have better control over what goes into my children’s ice cream; and I thought of making some fat-free, sugar-free ice cream for myself.
