You mean “outgoing mail server” instead of “incoming mail server” right?
smtp.jaring.my is for outgoing mail server and pop.jaring.my is for incoming mail server.

if you trust the site that you want to access, normally, what you can do is to click (somewhere at the bottom of that notice) on “allow exception”.

“just change your incoming mail server from smtp.jaring.my to mta.jaring.my”

smtp = send mail transfer protocol ;-)

incoming is usually pop (or post office protocol). mta = message transfer agent. so i think they just simplified it.
