the building which just resumed construction reminds me of Manila. so many buildings here looked abandoned because of financial troubles of the owners, but there are a few which just resumed. :)

and for the overhead wires, well, i prefer underground wires. they sometimes look like oversized pastas. hehe. :)

It’s good that the construction of one building resumed. There are so many construction in progress in Dubai right now, would remain “in progress” for so long because of the financial crisis.
