It always feels good to be home again, whether I just got back from a quick holiday or a short business trip (that felt like forever).
It always feels great to be back in KL and be surrounded by familiar sights and sounds once more.
It always feels wonderful to be with my family and get to spend the weekend ‘doing nothing’ with them.
But most of all, it always feels awesome to be able to capture a fantastic view — such as the KL skyline at dusk — from a moving vehicle!

i got lucky with the timing, i guess. and all that practice (shoot-shoot-shoot) finally paid off — my hands are more steady now and i’ve gotten rid of ‘camera shake’ once and for all! ;)

blogusvox: no filter. no editing, other than a teeny bit of sharpening and the addition of my domain name. colours were exactly as they were that day :)
m: thank you for your kind words. i hope to learn and improve some more in the future.
avril: i wish i had the time :)

Fabulous shot, Mimi! :) Is that the only way I can take a photo of the skyline? Or are there other vantage points – preferably static :)

oh there are other places from which you can get nice shots. it just so happened that day that the sky was clear, it was the magic hour for photographers (just after sunset), and i got my D40 ready while my hubby was negotiating the turn ;)
