We humans make boats and submarines to plow the sea and river after watching the movement of fishes and how they seem to 'cut' the water.The secret lies in the cross-sectional shape of the wing of birds and planes,which is similar.So is the dorsal fin of the fish which is the same shape as the rudder of the boat.So who created the fish and the bird?In The Quran God specifically tell us to study these phenomenon but we humans are always ungrateful even of the air we breathe what more of the Creator of the universe we live in and are part of.
