i say when the men are stressed, they go crazy. when the women are, they clean the house. what a safe way to dispose of the rage eh?! :)

i remember when i was so stressed and angry at work, i was the only one left doing overtime work, and i know i just had to let off my temper right there and then. i took a piece of paper and shredded it to tiny bits until all the negative energy got shredded too. sometimes it takes a second piece of paper before i’m spent. :)

j: i’m still stressed, but for different (work-related) reasons. and i don’t dare bake anything when i’m stressed because the results are always disastrous. oh, i know, i know — you bake, i eat! hahaha!

I read somewhere an oriental saying that “if your mentally exhausted, you should exercise and tire your body as well, to balance your yin and yang”. I guess its true too, when letting off steam.
